Prefab & Fabrication Capabilities

Plate & Angle Forming

Plate Rolls:

  • 1 ½” thick × 12′ 3-Roll
  • 1 ½” thick × 10′ 4-Roll (Cones)

Angle Rolls:

  • 6″ × 6″ × 7/8″ angle

These large-capacity systems support thick plate forming, cylindrical shells, ducting, structural components, and heavy industrial assemblies requiring precise and repeatable forming.

Coil Processing

Coil Slitting:

  • 18 Ga × 48″ wide – 22,000 lb

Coil Cut-to-Length:

  • 16 Ga to 1/4″ thick × 22″ wide

Our coil processing lines enable efficient, high-volume material preparation for structural parts, sheet products, ducting, and assemblies.

Cutting & Profiling

CNC Burn Table Cutting
  • Oxy-Fuel: Up to 3″ thick
  • Plasma: Up to 3″ thick with weld-bevel capability
  • Laser Cutting: Up to 3/8″ thick

These systems deliver tight tolerances for heavy plate, bases, skids, frames, and precision-cut geometries required for large industrial components.

Our CNC burn table systems provide precise, repeatable cutting for large industrial plates and components, ensuring accuracy and efficiency for demanding fabrication projects.

 

Robotic Structural Cutting
  • Handles structural members up to 48″ wide × 18″ tall

  • Supports: S, I, W-beams; C-channel; MC-channel; square/rect tubing; angle; bar

Automated robotic profiling ensures accuracy, speed, and repeatability for complex cuts, copes, penetrations, bevels, and high-volume structural programs.

Our robotic structural cutting systems deliver precise, high-volume fabrication for large structural components, ensuring consistent quality, repeatability, and efficiency for complex programs.

Metalworking Systems

Advanced fabrication equipment supporting precision bending, cutting, and automated welding operations.
