With all the features of our globally proven DNF element, our latest profile also offers a range of new and improved features including a fully-closed channel design with continuous flat to notch contact, and physically closed channels, to ensure TF4 fully closed channel element acts like a closed pipe.

Additionally, the TF4 element boasts closed channels that contain cleaning energy through the full depth of the basket, reversing undulations on every sheet to promote turbulent flow and efficiency, and notches to stiffen every sheet and improve resistance to mechanical damage. TF4 heating element’s smart features prevent cleaning energy diverting around deposits and allow for the ready removal of deposits at lower cleaning pressures.
