This week, our teams from LJUNGSTRÖM and Econotherm (UK) Ltd are meeting in Germany to drive forward our shared mission of advancing carbon capture and waste heat recovery technologies. In partnership with Econotherm, a global leader in industrial waste heat recovery and a Solex Thermal Science company, we have expanded our lineup of RGC® products for flue gas cooling on carbon capture applications to include proprietary super conductor, zero-leakage heat pipe technology. This collaboration harnesses decades of expertise in heat pipe technology to enhance the solutions offered by LJUNGSTRÖM’s Environmental Segment, supporting global carbon capture projects across industries such as cement, steel, power, and waste-to-energy.

As part of this collaboration, LJUNGSTRÖM will lead customer engagement, system integration, and optimization for RGC® products and SBS Injection™ acid gas removal technologies, tailored for carbon capture developers, engineers, and end-users.
